Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV): 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

How Can I Fully Give God Different Areas of My Life?

God wants our full confidence, He wants us to feel safe putting our undivided trust in His hands. He isn’t asking us to have blind faith, but deep reliance based on His proven character. Our human understanding can be limited, emotional, and short-sighted. Fully trusting God can sometimes mean surrendering what makes sense to you. This can be scary at first, but when God is at the center of our decision-making in all areas, He promises to make our paths straight. This is a promise of direction, clarity, and purpose.

Now Let's Pray

Dear Heavenly Father thank You for finding us in confusion and worry and reminding us that Your way is sovereign. Let us lean on You and submit to Your divine plan in all areas of our lives, help us to let go of the things we are trying to control. Through this confusion and mystery may we eventually find peace and understanding.

In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
